We believe that church leadership is a calling from God and must reflect Christ-like character, servant-heartedness, and doctrinal soundness. By God’s grace, we entrust the care of the church to qualified men who are called to shepherd the flock, guard the truth, equip the saints, and lead the church in love, humility, and faithfulness to the Word.
